What does the trial include?: Everything, on the sample novel: plan it, write in it, read it on its pages, and export it, with a watermark on what you export. Changes to the sample aren’t kept, and your own books need a license.
What happens to my books without a license?: Your books are files on your computer, and they stay yours. Without a license, Asterysm still opens them to read on their pages, and to export as text.
How many computers can I use?: Up to three of your own, Mac or Windows, in any mix.
What does “updates for life” mean?: Every new version of Asterysm is included in what you paid. There’s no paid upgrade, and no subscription.
Can I get a refund?: Yes: within 14 days of buying, for any reason, in full. A refund is once per person, so buying again after one can’t be refunded.
Do I need an account?: No. You buy with your email address and activate Asterysm on your computer from this site. Writing never needs the internet.
Who takes the payment?: Paddle, our reseller, takes the payment and handles the taxes your country asks for. Your receipt comes from them.
Can I ask for something new?: Please do: every update is yours, so write to support@asterysm.com with what you’d like Asterysm to do. We read every message.
Which systems does it run on?: macOS Ventura (13) or later, on Apple silicon and Intel, and Windows 10 or 11, from the Microsoft Store’s installer on this site.
